October 14, 2025 — “The Incorporation Wars: Delaware, Texas & Nevada—and the Future of Corporate Governance” is the provocative title of an NACD panel including Weinberg Center Director Lawrence Cunningham.
Cunningham to Speak at Conference
October 20, 2025 — Director Lawrence Cunningham will participate in the luncheon board roundtable discussion at the Eastern Regional Conference, an annual event of the Society for Corporate Governance, which will be held in person at Meta’s headquarters in Hudson Yards, New York City.
Goldman Sachs to Host Cunningham for Talks at GS Interview
October 27, 2025 — Goldman Sachs will host a Talks at GS forum featuring Lawrence Cunningham, Director of the John L. Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance. He will be interviewed by John F. W. Rogers, Executive Vice President and member of the Goldman Sachs Management Committee.

March 26, 2026 – The Weinberg Center has released its call for papers ahead of its 2026 IRRCi Research Paper Competition, an annual event on the scholarly corporate governance calendar.
