June 25, 2025 — Director Cunningham has been invited to testify before the U.S. House of Representatives’ Capital Markets Subcommittee on Wednesday, June 25 at 10:00 AM in Washington, D.C.
25th Anniversary Historical Exhibit
September 10, 2025 — The Weinberg Center’s 25th anniversary historical exhibit will be installed in the Atrium of Alfred Lerner Hall on the University of Delaware campus in late summer and will run through the academic year.
Director Cunningham on Panel at Directors College of San Diego
September 16, 2025 — The Directors College of San Diego, in collaboration with the law firm of Morrison & Foerster, will host a panel discussion on the relative appeal of generalists versus specialists on public company boards.
Director Cunningham to Speak at UCSD’s Rady School of Management
September 17, 2025 — The Brandes Center at the University of California San Diego will host Lawrence Cunningham for a discussion about the intersection of value investing and corporate governance.

October 9, 2025 — The Weinberg Center’s 25th anniversary gala will take place in the Trabant Center on the University of Delaware campus.

October 9, 2025 — The Weinberg Center’s 25th anniversary symposium—Boardroom Legacy: The Weinbergs of Goldman Sachs and the Making of Modern Corporate Governance—will convene at Clayton Hall on the University of Delaware campus from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
