Harvard Law School, IRRC Institute – Tuesday, June 15, 2010

The IRRC Institute has funded three research reports conducted by the Harvard Law School Program on Corporate Governance related to executive compensation. The three reports are as follows:

  1. The Wages of Failure: Executive Compensation at Bear Stearns & Lehman 2000-2008;
  2. Paying for Long-Term Performance; and
  3. Regulating Bankers’ Pay.
